*** INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTO-RENEWAL
1. Applicants for auto-renewal must apply online before One hundred and twenty days (120 days) of expiry of the existing period for renewal of CONSENT TO ESTABLISH (CTE).
2. The auto renewal of consent to establish will be applicable for the activities where there is no change in production capacity and pollution load as recorded through the last on-line application for CTE. Thereby no further application submission is required.
