Consent To Operate (CO)

*** INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTO-RENEWAL

1. Applicants for auto-renewal must mention "AUTORENEWAL REQUIRED" at the field named "Other Relevant Information (if any):" in the electronic form for renewal of CONSENT TO OPERATE.

2. The auto renewal of consent to operate will be applicable for the activities where there is no change in production capacity and pollution load as recorded through the last on-line application for consent.

3. The auto renewal of consent will be applicable if capital investment remains same or changes provided there is no change in production capacity and pollution load.

4. Applicant / industry shall submit a self-certification on compliance of earlier consent conditions. This self-certification shall be duly authorized by the Owner / Board of Directors.

5. The renewal applications shall be filed at least 120 days prior to expiry of the consent to operate validity period.
